Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Pawdora Pets! We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We currently ship to all 50 US states. Delivery times vary by location but are typically 5-10 business days after processing.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at mynarvaez@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
